POSsible! Design Thinking Workshop Series 01 will identify key pain points on using or managing the 6 POS typologies in the public users, government departments, professionals, and businesses’ points of view. It aims to map out issues brought up by stakeholder groups, which would be prioritised and set the foundation to ideate visions of future POS. The insights generated will formulate a shared blueprint of “Good Design-led Strategy” which will be used as a framework of the POSsible! Design Guide and POSsible! Design Thinking Toolkit.
